Our historic Tasmanian farm cottage accommodation is situated on a high hill overlooking our lovely farm, Beauty Point and West Arm on the Tamar River. We are less than 1 hour from Devonport and Launceston
and only 5 minutes from Beauty Point.
You may explore our large working farm - introduce yourself to our animals - wander down to the bush by the river and spot the wildlife or view the historic sites along the scenic Tamar River at York Town.

Bonny Brae Cottage is fully furnished and self contained with all you need for a relaxing holiday for a few weeks or just an overnight stay. Just bring your clothes and a few groceries. It's cool and bright in summer and warm and cosy in winter - with fantastic views all year! The lights of Beauty Point look magical on the water and the Southern Cross shines brightly on clear nights. |

Location
Bonny Brae farm is a working farm and there is always something happening. We breed Dexters and other cattle and have the usual farm animals. You are welcome to join in or just relax on the verandah and sample some of Tasmania's finest wines and food while you enjoy the views. You may wander the gardens or be lured to the river banks for a BBQ and watch the tide ebb in and out. Swimming at Soldier's Point is delightfully refreshing on a hot summer's day.
