Luxury Apartment Style B&B Coffs Harbour
Bonville Lodge Apartment Style accommodation is just east of the Pacific Highway and 15kms south of Coffs Harbour, which is half way between Sydney and Brisbane.

Bonville, Sawtell, Coffs Harbour are truly some of Australia's great destinations. Wake up to the sound of Eastern Rosellas and Kookaburras. Enjoy your breakfast from our beautiful breakfast basket or choose from our breakfast menu prepared for you and served in one of our indoor or outdoor meal areas (included in tarif).

The Bonville Lodge Experience
Bonville Lodge is set on two acres of landscaped lawns and gardens. Bonville Lodge is a rustic sandstone Federation style homestead complemented all round by a wide bull nose verandah.

It is tastefully furnished inside and out to provide the ultimate in comfort and relaxation be your stay overnight or longer. It features an 11 metre pool with a large paved area. Sails cover the pool and the paved area for those who prefer the shade. The extra large gazebo is great to just sit, read, relax or dine. The large sun room is another area to come out of the weather, relax, read, write and enjoy a cup of tea or cappuccino coffee.

Tea and coffee can be taken in the balcony area - a large enclosed area overlooking the pool and surrounding gardens. Cool breezes waft through to enhance its tranquility. Clear plastic blinds can be drawn to keep out any unwanted weather. A great place to enjoy a meal or a chat after a swim.

Bonville Lodge provides absolutely perfect accommodation if you prefer comfort, peace and quiet, excellent meals yet close to all major facilities. In house or picnic lunches and evening meals can be arranged at reasonable prices (24 hours notice may be required).

Bonville Lodge offers two styles of accommodation:

Bridge Cottage

Bridge Cottage is a beautifully furnished self contained apartment separate from the main homestead with

The Lodge

The Lodge is luxurious apartment style accommodation within the main homestead, and features

  • 50 mins to Dorrigo and Rainforest Centre
  • 1.2 kms off the Pacific Highway

Directions
Bonville Lodge is south of Coffs Harbour.

Coming from the south, pass through the seaside town of Urunga, proceed 15kms crossing the Kalang and Bellinger Rivers. The Highway enters Pine Creek State Forest. As you leave the forest look for Bonville Station Road on your right. Turn east into Bonville Station road. Proceed for approximately 1km. Look for Bonville Lodge on the corner of Bonville Station Road and Fig Close.

Coming from the north, as you leave Coffs Harbour you will pass under a flyover at Boambee (going to Toormina) and a flyover at Lyons Road (going to Sawtell). Proceed into Bonville (2 service stations and a post office). Just as you are leaving Bonville turn left into Bonville Station Road. Proceed for approximately 1km. Look for Bonville Lodge on the corner of Bonville Station Road and Fig Close.

Traveling by Car
Bonville is approximately halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. Most people access the area via the Pacific Highway, which has been substantially improved in the last few years. Driving time between Bonville and Sydney is between 6 1/2 hours and 7 hours depending on rest stops. During holiday periods there is an extensive network of Driver Reviver stops up and down the Pacific Highway north of Sydney.

Traveling by Air
You arrive at Coffs Harbour Airport, 15 kms north of Bonville. Taxis are available for onward travel to Bonville Lodge.

Traveling by Train and Bus
**Please check the following details before your journey**. Countrylink's XPT service departs Sydney Central at 7:15am, 11:35am, and 4:24pm each day, arriving at Urunga Train Station at 3:28pm, 8:06pm and 12:34am respectively. Greyhound and McCafferty's buses depart Sydney for the North Coast daily.

Golf at Bonville International
Play a round of golf at Bonville International Golf Resort rated Australia's most beautiful course, or enjoy the friendship and facilities offered by the local clubs at Sawtell, Urunga and Bellingen who welcome visitors and are all close by. Lawn bowls are available at Urunga, North Beach, Sawtell or Coffs Harbour.
 
Coffs Harbour
Coffs Harbour is home to whale watching, The Big Banana, the scenic Coffs Jetty. Visit the Porpoise Pool or walk along Park beach.
 
Sawtell
The quaint seaside village of Sawtell is nearby with its wonderful patrolled surf beach, rock pool, beautiful lookouts and many restaurants. The local Chamber of Commerce runs the popular Chilli Festival.
 
Boating and Fishing
Deep sea trips can be arranged out of Coffs Harbour. Small boat hire is available from Urunga where you can fish the beautiful Kalang or Bellinger rivers. You may prefer to take a picnic lunch and sit quietly and fish from the river bank.
 
Bushwalking
Bush walk the Bongil Bongil National Park or visit the World Heritage Dorrigo National Park with its Skywalk and many boardwalks.
