Enjoy panoramic bayside views, spa baths and champagne.

Brockmares by the bay the only boutique bed and breakfast in Williamstown is absolutely the most perfect place to be pampered. Enjoy a wonderful spring experience whilst watching the changing moods of Port Philip Bay.  You could linger longer with a gourmet lunch either in the secret garden, on the balcony or in the dinning room.  You could try a Black Velvet (Champagne and Guinness) in one of Williamstown's historic pubs, with the spring sun sparkling on the Bay.  If the weather is fine then swimming or scuba diving might be just the thing for you at near by Williamstown beach.

Perfect ! Your hosts Mary and John invite you to enjoy the bayside ambience of Brockmares.

And there’s a whole lot more.

Perhaps you’re a corporate visitor to Melbourne and you need a private and peaceful haven that’s near the city with continental or gourmet breakfasts and receptive hosts. Brockmares by the Bay is for you.

There is something for everyone. If your mind, body and soul need pampering, just ask and we will organize a relaxation massage, reflexology treatment- or other natural therapies to help you feel on top of the world. If it’s a weekend or midweek package our therapists come to you, so that you can stay cosy and relaxed in your room.

If you enjoy being active and like to explore your hosts Mary and John love to show off Williamstown’s rich indigenous and early settlement history. You may choose to cycle the lanes and byways and imagine what they were like when they were mapped out in 1837. You can enjoy the convict architecture, warehouses, pubs and shops and visit the local museums, galleries and boutique shops.

Back to Nature visits. We have an ornithologist’s dream (that’s bird–watchers to the rest of us) at the Jawbone a marine and wildlife sanctuary which you can see from your room. Marvel at the extraordinary variety of migratory birds and wildlife. Binoculars are available for guests to take on walks.

And for an extra SPECIAL treat….if you’d like to buy your own prawns or mussels straight from the boats, Mary or John will use your own “catch” to prepare you an unforgettable feast. (or you could join in the food preparation and cooking yourself)

There are so many winter adventures for you to enjoy. Call now and plan your personalized visit to Brockmares by the Bay in Williamstown, right near the city of Melbourne in Victoria. Mary and John will take the hassle out of travel and can arrange to pick you up from airports or stations.

Winter special: open fires, ensuite spa baths,
chestnuts and champagne.
