Just one door from the water and only 12 minutes from the CBD!

When I first saw our beautiful old home in this fabulous location, I immediately decided that 'this was it'. We bought it without my husband even seeing it. Gulp! What faith.

Built originally for a ship Captain and his family, the house at #2 Ferguson St. has also been a Nunnery, a Brothel, Accommodation flats and Administration offices - all part of it's rich history!!!

We spent the first 8 months renovating and refurbishing it and everyone loves what has been done. Almost everyone comments on 'what a lovely feel' the home has when they walk through and how relaxing it is to just 'be' here.

Surprisingly deceptive from the road, this is a large house (7bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 3 living rooms!) so there is plenty of room if guests want to relax and rewind. And because there is so much to see in Williamstwon, you will often have the guest lounge to yourselves!

Breakfast (and yes I do make you a cooked breakfast if you want!) is served either in the downstairs kitchen off the little north-facing courtyard, upstairs in the guest lounge or on the large rear balcony.

The beds are all new, (very, very comfortable) and we have beautiful linen, fresh flowers digital TV's etc. - all things to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

At this point we are keeping our prices lower than they should be because we want lots of people to experience it and to tell their friends!
