THE LODGE:
Harbour Breeze Lodge is a stately Victorian era Federation Building with a leafy rear garden area to relax in. Our upstairs guest balcony has beautiful views across Sydney Harbour and the city skyline. You can always rely on a fresh gentle breeze each afternoon lapping off the harbour waters – hence our name 'Harbour Breeze'. THE ROOMS:
All of our rooms are bright, airy and spacious they are also equipped with fans for summer and heating for the cooler winter nights. All rooms have there own sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, tea and coffee making facilities, toaster, bedside lamps, television, radio alarm clock, iron and ironing board.

We provide fresh clean cotton linen and complimentary towels on arrival. All rooms have ample clothes hanging and storage, a table and chairs. All windows open and our premium rooms have ”million dollar” views of the famous Sydney harbour and at nighttime its spectacular city skyline lights.

General Conditions

1. For bookings less than a week, 1 nights deposit is required.
2. Bookings more than 1 week, 1 weeks deposit is required.
3. Bookings for Christmas/ New Year see below.
4. Rollaway bed $30 per day.

Christmas and New Year Conditions.
The above rates do not include Christmas and New Year from 24/12/2006 to 03/01/ 07, which is surcharged by 50 percent.

1. A deposit of 50 % is required for a Christmas/ New Year booking.
2. If a booking is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival a one nights cancellation fee applies. If after that date the deposit is non refundable.
3. Minimum stay is 5 days over Christmas / New Year.
4. If you require rates beyond these dates please contact us.

Cancellations.
If you wish to cancel your booking, a cancellation fee will apply as follows;

1. When a booking is cancelled more than 3 days prior to check in a cancellation fee of $50 will apply.
2. When a booking is cancelled 3 days prior to check in date or less, or if you fail to arrive at the hotel, the deposit fee is non refundable.
3. If a guest chooses to check out early for whatever reason, the amount returned if any is at the discretion of the management. We recommend appropriate travel insurance protection.
4. Christmas / New Year see above.

All cancellations must be made In WRITING using one of the following;

1. Using our email Address.
2. Mail to our Street Address.

A cancellation must be confirmed back to you by one of our consultants. If you have not received a confirmation of the cancellation within 24 hours after submission, it means we have not received it and you must resubmit it.

The Drummoyne Swim Centre is a river fed outdoor heated swimming venue consisting of a 8 lane 50m pool measuring 1.2 metres at the shallowest point and 2 metres at its deepest.
