There are so many things visitors can do and see in this area. The Barossa is famous for its gourmet food and fine wines, it really is a shame not to spend at least several days here so you can see and experience some of South Australia's loveliest countryside.
Ideally, make Marble Lodge your "base" for a few days, consider taking day trips to Clare Valley (another famous wine district 1 hour away), historic Burra (2 hours) or to the vast areas of irrigated oranges, stone fruits and vines of the Riverland (1 hour).
