Merton Manor is an exclusive Bed and Breakfast located in Warrnambool on the Great Ocean Road. The manor, an Italianate Villa, was built circa 1880 and has been restored to its original grand style by the hosts, Pamela and Ivan Beechey. It is now one of the finest private Bed and Breakfasts in regional Victoria with its' spacious suites, formal dining-room, drawing room and stately music chamber.

Also, Warrnambool's Logan's Beach is a nursery for the Southern Right Whale, one of the rarest and largest mammals in the world. From May to September the whales can be seen from an observation platform only a few minutes from Warrnambool.
