The R & T Guest House
is located in the northern part of Amsterdam in the
Netherlands in one of the most picturesque little streets
you will find. This smoke free "home away from
home" is for those travellers that don't want to be
a tourist but rather a guest. Ruud & Thérèse Goos,
your friendly hosts, will make you most welcome to their
home and can advise you how best to plan your activities
in the historic city of Amsterdam and surroundings.

Rates 2006-2007, in Euro's ( including breakfast / 2 cons. nights minimum ) :
Double room with all private facilities / private bathroom starting at : (Euro) € 36,= per person per night / € 72,= per double room per night.
Single room with all private facilities : (Euro) € 55,= per night.
Tourist tax / res. : (Euro) € 10,= in total...
Low Season Discount of 20% in December, January and February on all rates except the tourist tax / res. and not on national holidays .
American Express, Mastercard and Visa accepted.
To guarantee a reservation, half of the fee for the specified number of nights as a deposit is required OR valid credit card info.
In case of cancellation:
With a fourteen (14) days or more notice before scheduled arrival date: deposit amount fully refund able minus (Euro) € 25,= service fee.
With a fourteen (14) to four (4) days notice before scheduled arrival date, 50% of the agreed total amount will be charged.
With a four (4) days or less notice before scheduled arrival date, 50% of the total will be refunded ONLY if accommodation is re-rented at this short notice. |
