Just 7km south of the picturesque setting of Dover, the original cottage was built in 1915 by Herbert Riseley and has been tastefully renovated to create an ambience sympathetic to the original, further enhanced by an eclectic collection of period furniture & furnishings. A short 15min walk from our front door will reward with enchanting water views of the Esperance River estuary (pictured below) and take you through our Private Forest Reserve (pictured bottom) with an array of local flora and fauna. Sea kayaks, fishing boats and mountain bikes can be hired a short distance away.
During your stay a Hearty Breakfast awaits offering seasonal fruit & berries, homemade bread, jams & yogurt, gourmet bacon & sausages. Accommodation includes Guest Lounge featuring antique grand piano and extensive CD collection, Breakfast Room with views over attractive Cottage Garden, Wood Fires, Electric Blankets, Port & homemade chocolates, Complimentary afternoon tea and four legged friends... our guests agree we offer great value for money! One of our superior ensuite rooms comes with its own wood heater and large bath (just ask for when you book).
