Booking Terms & Conditions
- 25% Deposit - To confirm a reservation we require a 25% Non refundable deposit on the total booking. All non confirmed reservations will be held for 5 days only. Management reserve the right to cancel the reservation if you have not confirmed with in the 5 day period.
- Group Bookings - are to be paid in full one week prior to arrival. Management will not confirm the reservation untill the 25% non refundable deposit is paid. Once the group numbers have been confirmed you are committed to the reservation in full.
- Check In time - is after 12.00pm. Our staff will endeavour to have your room ready as soon as possible. Check Out time is 11.00 am. ( fees apply for late check out).
- Cancellations after arrival - for stays less than 7 days, the full amount of your original booking is payable. For stays longer than 7 days, any refund is at the discretion of the property management.
- Goods & Services Tax - Sinclairs Of Bondi does not charge Goods and Services Tax. ( Predominantly long-term accommodation, Division 87).
- Smoking - is not permitted inside the rooms. Sinclair’s of Bondi is committed to your safety and has installed smoke detectors in all the rooms and common areas. If you feel the need to smoke please feel free to do so in the areas provided.
- Credit Card - If you wish to use your credit card to settle your account on arrival, a 4% surcharge will apply.

BY TRAIN only ten minutes walk from Bondi Junction Station.
BY BUS The 400 will pick up at both the Domestic and Sydney International Airport and drop you at Bondi Junction Station. Travel time is about 20 min.
BY CAR Head for Bondi Junction. Once at Bondi Junction follow Bondi Road towards the beach, Bennett Street is on the right.
