The Terrace Suite

An Indulgent Experience.

A luxurious 5 star apartment suite with private entrance features everything you will ever need to make your stay truly memorable. Queen-sized bed, private balcony separate lounge with fireplace, two bathrooms, double spa and a kitchenette. Other conveniences include televisions in both lounge and bedroom, video, cd and DVD library within your suite. This suite can be converted to two separate fully-featured suites (including bathrooms)

The Castle Suite

Canopied elegance, cedar blinds and Australian timbers have been used in this sumptuous apartment which features a grand queen sized sleigh bed. French windows open onto a private balcony which overlooks the serene rear garden. Erehwon Suite

An Exotic Experience.

Enjoy your own private Moroccan inspired rooftop terrace featuring a decadent outdoor Spa high amongst the treetops, step into your adjoining sunroom to sit by the fireplace. A second private bathroom includes double shower and spa. The suite features a luxurious queen-sized bed, separate double day bed (in the sun-room) and a kitchenette with all amenities. Other inclusions are plasma television, stereo, CD, book and DVD library allwithin your suite.

La Mer Apartment

Our seaside apartment is located in the heart of Cowes. The cafes and restaurants are moments from your door; enjoy glorious sea views from your own private terrace. La Mer is completely self-contained and features 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bath, private laundry facilities, a fully featured dine-in kitchen, and entertainers lounge with television, cd’s DVD player and stereo plus your own library of DVD’s.

The Magnificent Gardens Are An Outstanding Feature Of Our Villa.

Lovingly and painstakingly transformed by Jenni in only a few short years, they are designed to capture the ever changing seasons and to create a private oasis. Once surrounded by the gardens you are truly in your own private world. Winding paths could lead you to a secret corner, a lily pond or a special sculpture.

It is a wonderful way to while away the day and forget the outside world.

Phillip Island Restaurant

After almost a decade Boyle's Award Winning Restaurant has closed it's doors to the general public and now operates exclusively for in-house guests and private functions.

The Restaurant is unique with it's cosy and romantic ambience and provides candlelit tables for two.

Banquet style menus are prepared in advance so if you are intending to dine in-house and for our Chef to source the best ingredients you will need to make your menu selection 24 hours prior to your arrival by fax +61 (3) 59523926 or call us on +61 (3) 59521228.

Menus are normally sent with your confirmation however should you be booking late these may be faxed or sent via email.

Boyles Restaurant is now available exclusively for our in-house guests - a seasonal menu is prepared by our resident Chef each day, however to obtain the finest ingredients we request your meal must be ordered 24 hours prior to arrival. If a menu has not been included with your confirmation letter, the menu of the day may be faxed to you. The menu is prepared as a 3 course Banquet. This includes a pre-dinner aperitif and tea or coffee to finish.

MEAL OF THE DAY: $65.00 P/P

For guests not wishing the Gourmand Dinner but still would like to dine in Chef Harley prepares a special 3 course meal suited to the day. The Kitchen needs to be informed by 12 noon.

The villa can be yours exclusively, including the award winning restaurant, open air terraces, luxurious suites and magnificent gardens, where vows can be exchanged by the lily-pond or in the exquisite tree top chapel.

With our extensive background in the arts, entertaining and hospitality, we can help you plan every aspect, from food, flowers and music to photography, beauticians or celebrant, whatever you desire to make your day truly memorable.

Of course The Castle is not just limited to weddings. Should you wish to hold any of your special functions somewhere that is decidedly different with a relaxing yet professional touch, we would be delighted to arrange this for you.

Phillip Island is a jewel of an island set in beautiful Westernport Bay. Surrounded by pristine beaches, there are endless activities to fill the day; swim, fish, surf, sail or simply marvel at the abundant rock-pools. Take in a nature walk, follow the many boardwalks along the dramatic cliffs, or hire a bike to explore the island at your own pace. For the more energetic, Phillip Island holds many world class sporting events, including Pro Surfing and Grand Prix Motorbike racing.

Every evening you can see hundreds of fairy penguins who magically appear at dusk and parade along the beach to nest. Phillip Island is also home to one of the largest fur seal colonies in the Southern Hemisphere. The Island's koalas have their own special enclosure where viewing can be made from specially built boardwalks. There are also vast numbers of seabirds and other native birds including the Short Tailed Shearwaters, who arrive via Siberia and make for a very special sight at dawn and dusk when they leave and return from their day at sea. Elsewhere wallabies and echidnas can be seen in the grassy shrub lands.

Phillip Island is easily accessible by bridge from the mainland and is only 1 1/2 hours drive from Melbourne, Victoria.

From Melbourne Airport take the Tullarmarine Freeway to City Link. Turn off at Monash Freeway and onto the South Gippsland Highway which eventually feeds into Bass Highway. Take the turn off to Phillip Island when you reach the Anderson Roundabout. The Bridge is accessed from San Remo, the last land fall before you head over to Phillip Island. Stay on the main Phillip Island Tourist Road leading to Cowes township until you enter onto Thompson Avenue, the main street of Cowes. Follow this until you reach the end and turn right at The Esplanade. Follow the sea-front to the very end of Erehwon Point and turn into Steele Street. The Castle is on the left-hand side.

The only public transport available is a V-Line Bus which leaves from the Spencer Street Railway Station in Melbourne.
