Top of the Otways is located in Barramunga, Inland between the towns of Forrest and Apollo Bay, in the heart of the Otway Ranges. Wake to the sights and sounds of native birdsong, choose from either the Country Cottage or The Nature Lodge, both are self contained, spacious with large dining tables that just cry out for fabulous dinner parties! they both have their own private barbecue areas, fantastic views, television, DVD, stereo, bedding, everything you need, including a very cosy wood fire, over 100 DVD titles and an XBOX with over 20 games!

Accommodation
The Nature Lodge has the feel of a giant tree house, Indonesian style - open plan living, 5 levels in 2 storey's. Accommodation for 6 to 8 people, 3 double bedrooms with a fold out sofa in main living area. Step out to your own private fruit gardens, MountainBike adventures for groups or a relaxing romantic weekend next to the log fire.
The Country Cottage is a cosy warm Shabby-Chic Cottage with private balcony and panoramic views of the majestic Otway Rainforest. Accommodation for up to 4 people, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. Local flora fauna art adorns the living room walls.
On the 31 acre organic property you will find fruit orchards, gardens, 3 ponds, rainforest, sheep, chickens, ducks, geese and pet goats. Absolutely perfect for bird watching, stargazing and at night Barramunga really lights up as it is home to hundreds of glow worms. |
