Tree Change Holiday House at Beechmont, in the beautiful Gold Coast hinterland, is situated on 1 acre of private and secluded forest and adjacent to a nature reserve. It has 160 degree views sweeping over the Gold Coast from Southport, Surfers Paradise and on to Coolangatta. It also has views of the Hinze Dam. Close to Nerang, Binna Burra and the Gold Coast, Tree Change is near to beaches, rainforests and national park walks, and is a haven of peace and tranquility. Location

  • Tree Change House is located at 23 Hellfire Pass, Lower Beechmont Village, at the end of the road. It is only 18 km to Nerang which has a wide range of shops and a cinema complex, and is the gateway to the beaches of the Gold Coast. It is a 30 km trip from Tree Change to Surfers Paradise or Southport.
  • Tree Change can be reached via the Nerang-Murwillumbah Road turning up Beechmont Road, or via the Nerang-Beaudesert Road turning up just prior to Canungra.
  • Being close to the Gold Coast beaches and the beautiful Lamington National Park at Binna Burra, it is the perfect special hideaway for you and a group of friends.
  • Tranquil mountain-top forest environment, a world away from the highrises of the Gold Coast – but still close enough to visit easily.
  • Central to a range of daily activities ranging from bushwalking, horse riding at Numinbah Trails, having fun at the Gold Cost theme parks (Seaworld, Wet n’Wild, Movie World and Dreamworld), shopping at Pacific Fair or Harbour Town, and swimming at the reknown Gold Coast beaches.

  • Exploring the quaint little village of Canungra with its traditional Hotel which serves excellent meals.
  • Canungra Paragliding Club.
  • The Route 8 Wineries and Food Trail – follow the brown tourist signs.
  • Mt Tamborine via Mt Tamborine Road near Canungra.
  • Drive along the Numinbah Valley to Natural Bridge and on to Murwillumbah and Mt Warning, even Byron Bay.
  • Fishing, boating and picnicking at the Hinze Dam.
  • Swimming in the fresh running water of the Nerang River at Numinbah State Forest Park and Bochow Park.
  • Swimming and BBQing at Sharp Park on the Beechmont-Canungra Road.
  • Swimming at the famous Gold Coast beaches, and hitting the theme parks
  • Play golf at the well known Royal Pines Course(Ashmore) or Emerald Lakes Golf Course (Carrara)
